1. Owner

This site and the booking app are provided by Touchless Applications, S.L., tax number B02834083, registered office at Calle Pomar 4, Nave 2, 07010 Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Contact: bvidal@borbalan.com.

2. What this service is

A tool for padel clubs to organise their sessions and matches and for players to sign up. Each club sells its own sessions: the app's owner does not organise or sell any.

Each club's pages show that club's details; the club is responsible for its sessions, prices and rules.

3. Intellectual property

The software, design and texts of the app belong to its owner. The names, logos and images of each club and its sponsors belong to their owners and are used with their permission. They may not be copied or reused without authorisation.

4. Fair use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, access other people's accounts, automate sign-ups with software, overload the service or try to get around its security measures.

5. Liability

We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but there may be outages for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from here, such as Playtomic, WhatsApp or the payment gateway.

6. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
